Our beautiful rare breed pure Wensleydale Aran is spun to 3/4.6 Nm (in accordance with BS984). From the very rare Black Wensleydale.
300g (10.58 oz) traditional Aran (Worsted Weight) pure Wensleydale wool.
Simply gorgeous wool from the Home Farm collection. This is our softest aran wool, beautifully spun with 75% wensleydale lambs wool and 25% wensleydale shearling fleece. Rich with oil and beautiful to use.
Our wool is washed and spun traditionally in Yorkshire and boasts fantastic stitch definition and drape.
It is silky, soft and lustrous. Wensleydale is a versatile yarn and will knit to a standard tension. Ideal for any wool knitting or crochet pattern. Please see our table below for further information.
